Volcano Boarding

Sliding down a 1600 ft slope of the Cerro Negro Volcano, in Leon, Nicaragua, at 50 mph sounds like a blast right? Of course! I don’t know about you, but I have always wanted to climb to the top of an active volcano and hurl myself down the steep slope on a flimsy piece of plywood. There’s no need to fear the safety of the board because it is reinforced with metal rails on the bottom AND the sides. The orange, inmate jumpsuits that you are required to wear add a nice touch to the safety of this exciting activity. Thanks to the jumpsuits, most make it down the volcano with only a few gashes and deep cuts in their legs and arms. If you ask me this one is a definite try!
